[ he's back at the luna market after that whole debacle, dressed down in jeans, a t-shirt, and a jacket with the sleeves rolled up to his elbows. he's also standing here with his arms folded over his chest and he seems to be surveying the scene.

Who leaves fireworks out in the open like that? And how did everything get cleaned up so fast? There's no trace anything happened at all...

he is so deep in thought he probably doesn't even notice phoenix is nearby, actually. give him a minute to continue perceiving. ]

[ phoenix is here in the worst hawaiian shirt known to man. at least it's blue ]

[ he could leave apollo to his thoughts, until he notices phoenix is there, but that's no fun. so: ]

Boo.

[ why the hawaiian shirt. anyway he startles just slightly, craning his head back to look at phoenix with a little frown. ]

Mr. Wright. [ back to surveying the scene... ] You heard about what happened here?

[ why not ]

[ phoenix appears unbothered, but then again, this is phoenix, he always appears unbothered ]

I did. An accident, I heard.

You feel otherwise?

No. [ he seems firm on that, because he saw the tail end of things and that didn't feel too purposeful. aggressive, yes, but considering megumi is fifteen and didn't actually aim the firework that killed geto (and loop), it can be ruled as a freak accident. ]

But you would think after something like that they would remove the fireworks. They're still here.

And we have so many helpful little robots running around, at that....

[ so why didn't they remove them? ]

I don't know enough about robots to figure out how they're programmed. But maybe they aren't allowed to remove some things?

[ phoenix will be seeking out apollo. once again, he appears unbothered, but who knows what the truth is ]

Quite a scene earlier.

[ phoenix can find him in the library at a table in the back. he appears to be working on some sort of write-up, but given the way he's tense and quiet that's probably his tell he's bothered. ]

Yeah. Dismantling from the tracks like that... what are the chances? [ the tone is also flat and quiet. ]

[ phoenix looks over his shoulder shamelessly to try to see what he's writing ]

Not very high. Especially considering our last "accident".

Working on case notes?

[ phoenix said write a case report and that's actually exactly what apollo's doing, albeit methodically without really paying attention. ]

I needed to update the report after earlier.
