It wore off of Ema first but it wasn't that much ahead of me. I think the more time we were alive and the more we talked to people, that unlocked something. But it's just a theory.
Yeah. Riptides aren't exactly the most forgiving thing in the world. But none of us knew that would be the result of dying again. Good information to have, I guess, but... kinda would've preferred finding out another way.

I'm glad though. It's a little creepy how everything heals as soon as you wake up, but it's probably for the better. [ considering how a lot of them died. ] Some of us have been trying to figure out why this place is so focused on everything being perfect, even with all of the death happening.

You probably haven't had much of a chance to look around, but there's a monitor over at the bar that was streaming footage of the city. While people were over here, they could see everything people were doing over there. A lot of them saw what happened last Saturday. [ the trial. ]
[ give him a second to pack up his notes and scoot out of the booth to head out of the restaurant and casino. zipline their way back to the resort... wheee! it's pretty easy to navigate their way back to the bar, and as he approaches he gestures to the large monitor.
